Here is a charming prospective 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a northwoodsy serene setting on Lucy Lake. A meandering drive leads you up to your new home that you can finish off the basement how you wish. Lumber is on site to add that 3rd bedroom with its large lakeside egress window and possible private bathroom that is stubbed in and ready to install. Plenty of room for a bar, den or crafting area with another daylight window and lakeside patio door taking in as much light as possible. First floor laundry, mud room, master suite, and cathedral ceilings are just a few amenities. Large spacious windows accentuate stunning western waterfront view of 38 acre Lucy lake. Most of the time you can get into David lake for another 25 acres of relaxing fishing or just wildlife viewing. Insulated and heated garage, woodshed, and 200 feet of sandy frontage...what more is there not to like?

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
