Kim was born in a close-knit agricultural community in Kenosha County and always harbored the dream of living in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with its woods, water and abundant wildlife. When the city expanded its boundaries, it was time to move the family to the Northwoods.

In addition, Kim has had extensive training in Buyer brokerage, is trained and participates in NWAR Ombudsman and Professional Standards Committee, and is currently serving as a director on the NWAR Board.
