HANDYMAN SPECIAL! Located on the outskirts of town with that country feel which means no sidewalks to shovel! There is a large lot with plenty of room for your gardens and a 2-car detached garage. The 1920 bungalow offers 2 bedrooms with the smaller currently used as on office/library. The home has a nice floor plan with a large kitchen and east window bringing in lots of sunshine, an open concept living/dining area, and a walk-in closet located off of the bathroom. Home has a partial basement which houses the mechanicals and a crawl space under the remainder of the home. Access to the basement is through a trap door located in the rear mudroom entry to the home. Washer/dryer hookups have been added in the mudroom entry so no need to do the stairs fore laundry. Home has had updates throughout the years but is due for another major facelift. As a flip or as your retirement/starter home, this is one to take a look at! Due to updates needed, home will NOT qualify for govt loans.

About
Kim was
born in a close-knit agricultural community in Kenosha County and always
harbored the dream of living in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with its woods,
water and abundant wildlife. When the city expanded its boundaries, it was time
to move the family to the Northwoods.
This is
also when she decided to pursue a career in real estate and so in September of
1997 obtained her real estate license. A believer in continuing education, Kim
did obtain her Broker license as well as the designations of Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified
Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA),
and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). In addition, Kim has had extensive
training in Buyer brokerage, is trained and participates in NWAR Ombudsman and
Professional Standards Committee, and is currently serving as a director on the
NWAR Board.
