This is an excellent lot that has over 200 feet on the Rhinelander Country Club, a USGA Course, and is ready to have a new home constructed on it. It has a gorgeous westerly view with the 5th Tee right in front of it. This is the LAST buildable lot left on this scenic golf course. It is located in the Town of Pine Lake so you do not have City Taxes to deal with. It is close to town, gently sloped and all set to house your new dwelling. You have several options here since it is out of the city limits.
