Tucked away on a private 18+ acre sanctuary between Sand and Stone Lakes, on the Sugar Camp Chain with numerous groomed trails throughout, a 6 acre marsh, & almost 400' of frontage on the channel providing full access to 5 scenic lakes. This cozy home is well maintained & offers a spacious great rm with vaulted wood tongue & grove ceiling, a wood burning stove, and wood plank flooring. The kitchen is all new with hickory cabinetry, granite counter tops & new stainless appliances. You'll find yourself most days in the sunroom with windows on 3 sides & lovely channel views, or out on the wrap around deck. There is a 2-car drive-under garage with workspace. The 3rd space has been nicely finished as a hobby area with rustic wainscoting and a 1/2 bath that could easily be enclosed. Check out the bunk house, a perfect sleepover spot for the grandkids! There is a 24x61 concrete pad ready to add a pole barn. Close to a private boat launch, ATV & snowmobile trails & it butts up to state land!

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
