Escape to the serenity of Seven Island Lake in the sought-after Harrison Hills area! This charming seasonal cabin offers an idyllic lakeside retreat with a level, sandy frontage perfect for those seeking a tranquil getaway. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, Dining, and Livingroom area is warmed by a cozy wood fireplace (not sure of condition). Enjoy the outdoors on the large deck or in the enclosed porch, with ample space to unwind and take in the views. Low-maintenance exterior, parking area, and a small storage shed. The cabin is priced to sell due to a few essential updates needed: the roof needs replacement following some storm damage, and there is a non-conforming well and septic system. With a little TLC, this cabin could become a dream escape. Located in an outdoor enthusiast's paradise, Harrison Hills is known for its extensive ATV and snowmobile trail systems, rolling hardwood forests, and access to thousands of acres of county land.

About
Kim was
born in a close-knit agricultural community in Kenosha County and always
harbored the dream of living in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with its woods,
water and abundant wildlife. When the city expanded its boundaries, it was time
to move the family to the Northwoods.
This is
also when she decided to pursue a career in real estate and so in September of
1997 obtained her real estate license. A believer in continuing education, Kim
did obtain her Broker license as well as the designations of Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified
Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA),
and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). In addition, Kim has had extensive
training in Buyer brokerage, is trained and participates in NWAR Ombudsman and
Professional Standards Committee, and is currently serving as a director on the
NWAR Board.
