"I appreciated the fact that when I would call Jerry, he would pick up and talk to me about my concerns. If he wasn't able to take the call, and I went to voicemail, he would call me back promptly. I was also impressed that he took the initiative to contact me to list with him. We previously had the property on the market a couple of years ago with another real estate agency and it didn't get many inquiries or a single offer. One setback right after we decided to put the property up for sale is that there was an incorrect lien on the property. Jerry sorted that out for us with little effort on our part. Also, at one point in the summer, Jerry arranged to have the grounds mowed, & even paid, to help give it more curb appeal for future showings, as we are out of town in Illinois.
