Eagle Shores Resort, one of the few northern Wisconsin lakefront resorts left, on full rec Garth Lake & perfectly situated for beautiful sunsets. As you pull in the driveway, you’ll notice the charm and nostalgia of years past. Spanning over 19 acres w/ 100+ year old towering pines; a private boat launch/beach; a newer 4BR/3BA house w/ att garage; 14 seasonal cabins; a 100+ yr old 2 story seasonal lodge (w/ a FP, bar & gathering space); an inground swimming pool, basketball/tennis court & play equipment; “mom’s old house” & a pole building. The property comes with a liquor license & is being sold as is. Some buildings show their age & will need work or you can start over with them if desired. Conveniently located in Hazelhurst (the quiet side of the Northwoods). With recreational zoning, there are many opportunities - capitalize on the current condominium plat already in place, expand, RV park or use as a family compound.

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
