1987 Mobile with two bedrooms and three bathrooms has many new upgrades including a new shower in the main bedroom, steel roof, new appliances, paint, sub-box for electrical, new siding 2016 and new entry doors. This property has over 3 acres of land to roam around on with two more sheds and a drive-under carport. The location of this property could not be any betters as it is a few miles from St. Germain and Eagle River and a little further drive to Minocqua. One of the positive I believe makes this property a great value as the home sits on a concreate slab and has a drilled 6 inch well. Additional futures to this property is Oxbo Road which is a very short distance from this property. Oxbo Road is 3.5 miles long and deadends at the Rainbow Flowage. The entire road has state land on boths sides of it. No matter what kind of outdoor activity your looking for you will find in here.

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
