This is one very impressive quaint property inside and out. Pride of ownership shows everywhere. Expansive 130x 135 yard this is beautifully manicured. Immaculate 2 car garage that is insulated, built in 1999. A nice shed for your lawn equipment and and "extra" fun shed to0! Make it what you want. Everything is super clean. The back yard leads down a path to some apple trees and berry bushes. There is also a spring on the property! Inside you will appreciated the enclosed porch to detour the cold coming in and provide a place for outdoor gear. Nice bright kitchen with a 5' x 6' pantry off the side. A formal dining room and living room that are nice and open. And what will be everyone's favorite, an 3 season room off the front. Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. All original wood work and hardwood floors if you care to bring them back to life. The laundry is in the basement along with and extra shower. This leads out to the one stall attached garage. I have enjoyed a lifelong connection to Wisconsin's Northwoods. My family purchased a summer home on the Three Lakes Chain of Lakes in 1968, and we subsequently spent 33 wonderful years there on the shores of Little Fork Lake. I was born and raised on the Southwest Side of Chicago, and grew up around the family funeral business. It was there that I learned invaluable life lessons about what it means to be an excellent listener, treating people with care, and dedicating myself to a standard of "Professionalism Unsurpassed". In 1987, I left Chicago to become a permanent resident of the Northwoods. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in 1992 from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
One of the most rewarding aspects of being a Realtor for me is helping buyers realize a dream of owning a Northwoods vacation home, as this experience changed my own life path immeasurably. I also embrace any opportunity to help newcomers acclimate to the area. I specialize in waterfront properties, off-water residential homes, vacant land, and condominiums. My service area includes all of Vilas and Oneida Counties, including the communities of Rhinelander, Eagle River, Lake Tomahawk, St. Germain, Three Lakes, Land O Lakes, and Minocqua, among many others. I also service Lincoln and Langlade Counties. My hobbies include cooking, entertaining, music, camping, boating, and target shooting. I am a supporter of the Children's Miracle Network, NATH (Northwoods Alliance for Temporary Housing), many military and veteran's groups, area Humane Societies, am a member of the Rhinelander Woman's Club, and a volunteer for the Rhinelander Food Pantry.
I look forward to assisting buyers and sellers and dedicate myself to a mission of "Professionalism Unsurpassed".
