This is one very impressive quaint property inside and out. Pride of ownership shows everywhere. Expansive 130x 135 yard this is beautifully manicured. Immaculate 2 car garage that is insulated, built in 1999. A nice shed for your lawn equipment and and "extra" fun shed to0! Make it what you want. Everything is super clean. The back yard leads down a path to some apple trees and berry bushes. There is also a spring on the property! Inside you will appreciated the enclosed porch to detour the cold coming in and provide a place for outdoor gear. Nice bright kitchen with a 5' x 6' pantry off the side. A formal dining room and living room that are nice and open. And what will be everyone's favorite, an 3 season room off the front. Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. All original wood work and hardwood floors if you care to bring them back to life. The laundry is in the basement along with and extra shower. This leads out to the one stall attached garage. About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
