What a view! East Shore 2 story that you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets at, on the nice second story screened in porch. This will surely be one of your favorite features of this adorable home. Or maybe it will be the gas fireplace or the open concept living on the top floor. Lots of natural day light on this one, and bedrooms and main living areas are all lake facing. Main bedroom has a walk in closet that passes to the Jack and Jill bathroom. Laundry is on the main floor by bedrooms. On the top floor is where you find the main living area, kitchen and another 1/2 bath to save you from the need to go up and down the stairs. Nice level lot to the water. Two car 28x30 garage for your vehicles or toys. Maintenance free vinyl siding and bonus, all the buildings have new roofs this year. There is also a sweet bunker that you can use as your hearts desire! No plumbing but it does have electric in that bunker or hobby shed. Check out this sweet Lake Gogebic home today!

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
