The sellers of this pretty little 1.66-acre lot say it has a very nice building site, and agree with many who think that Phelps is the place to be if you want to sling a little mud, sleep under the stars, enjoy boating on North Twin Lake, or go hiking, biking, birding, fishing, 'sledding,' etc. The ATV/UTV trail is on Strong Rd, and the snowmobile trail is at the corner of Strong and Deerskin Rd, about 550 ft. away. Public access to North Twin Lake (2788 surface acres, 60 feet deep), and the trailhead for the Conover-Phelps Hike-Bike trail (a 10.2 mile, aggregate & paved mountain bike trail) are about a mile away. Zoned All Purpose, your options are many, and the opportunity to enjoy recreational and residential life in Phelps makes this lot a perfect choice for your new home. Lot 10 is at the corner of Strong Rd and Garden View. Phelps has City sewer and water. Electricity is available, and DSL, cable, and satellite are available per the FCC Broadband Map, see the attached documents
