Hunting camp, weekend retreat, or year-round northwoods residence...this property fits the bill for many, offering peaceful seclusion, yet not far from the conveniences of Medford, Tomahawk, or Prentice. Close to snowmobile trails and popular ATV/UTV routes. Timm's Hill recreational park is a mere 6 miles away. The 80 acres of superb land includes nearly every species of tree found in northern WI, from massive Oaks and Maple stands to Ash, Cedar, and a beautiful ridge of Hemlocks. Trails throughout the property provide access to various sections, and these pathways are frequented by the abundant wildlife, as well. Big bucks, bear, and a variety of birds are plentiful, so hunting enthusiasts will love this location. The well-kept home has two spacious bedrooms and two full baths, and the included travel trailer can house the overflow guests. For storage, there is a 24 x22 out building, as well as a wood-shed and supplemental storage shed. MFL closed program keeps the taxes low.

About
Kim was
born in a close-knit agricultural community in Kenosha County and always
harbored the dream of living in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with its woods,
water and abundant wildlife. When the city expanded its boundaries, it was time
to move the family to the Northwoods.
This is
also when she decided to pursue a career in real estate and so in September of
1997 obtained her real estate license. A believer in continuing education, Kim
did obtain her Broker license as well as the designations of Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified
Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA),
and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). In addition, Kim has had extensive
training in Buyer brokerage, is trained and participates in NWAR Ombudsman and
Professional Standards Committee, and is currently serving as a director on the
NWAR Board.
