Turnkey opportunity on a quality lake just south of Minocqua. Furniture, kitchenware, tools, pier, fishing boat - it's all included at this fabulous Lake Seventeen oasis. There is so much to love about the lake. The water is clean and clear. It's just under 200 acres, which is large enough to ski and tube and small enough to kayak and swim. The lot is ideal. 225' of sand frontage, a level approach to the lake, a well-wooded and private setting, and a private boat launch with concrete ramp. The year round cabin was built in 1977 and features 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen and living room with wood stove on the main level. A third bedroom and another full bath is upstairs in the loft. The lakeside screen porch will be your favorite spot to sit and enjoy the lake and the beautiful views. There is also a 2 car detached garage with electric heat. Recent improvements include roof, water heater, pressure tank, furnace, and whole house generator. Don't let this opportunity pass you by.

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
