Job relocation brings this sweet property to the market located on 5 acres, just outside of town. It's clean and tidy with a ton of curb appeal, with some nice recent improvements include a beautifully remodeled home office in the accessory dwelling, and a finished 713 square foot game room in the 80x24 garage. The home itself has quality finishes, including custom tile and a perfect arrangement for main floor living with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath along with main floor laundry. The shining quality of the property that sets it apart is the lot of additional buildings which accompany the house. Set nicely around the blacktop circle driveway is a heated modern office, a two stall garage, and a huge garage with workshop, multiple stalls, and currently a finished 31x23 room for entertainment, relaxing, a gym, or whatever your needs are for space. Additionally, there is a hunting shed and garden shed on the site. Bring your boats, sleds, toys and tools, this is ready to go!

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
