I would like to share my most recent closing survey, as it touched me quite a bit, because it was from an 84 year old woman, who reminded me of my mom who passed in 2019. 

"I appreciated the fact that when I would call Jerry, he would pick up and talk to me about my concerns. If he wasn't able to take the call, and I went to voicemail, he would call me back promptly. I was also impressed that he took the initiative to contact me to list with him. We previously had the property on the market a couple of years ago with another real estate agency and it didn't get many inquiries or a single offer. Jerry knew that it was going to be a good year to sell (seller's market) and convinced us to get our listing active, and he worked up a free comparative market analysis. One setback right after we decided to put the property up for sale is that there was an incorrect lien on the property. Jerry sorted that out for us with little effort on our part. It was great to work with a realtor with a very extensive home construction background when it came to fixing some of the flaws of the cabin.
