Northwoods lake home and acreage off the beaten path offering privacy, room to roam and the lake lifestyle. This 3BR 2 BA home offers 330 feet of frontage on Burnham Lake in the Lake Tomahawk area of the Northwoods. Burnham Lake is a 43-acre lake with a scenic island and still has a lot of natural shoreline. The property consists of two tax parcels that total 7.97 acres of land. There are several outbuildings/sheds and a one car garage. The home is rustic but gives you ample opportunity to put your personal touches into it. Good-sized bedrooms and a basement that isn’t quite finished but could easily be turned into additional finished living space. Walk-out lower level to a gradual slope and level shoreline. On the north end of the property there is a clearing with additional sheds and even a large, elevated deer stand. Most items and furnishings on the premise to stay with the sale.

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
