"I appreciated the fact that when I would call Jerry, he would pick up and talk to me about my concerns. If he wasn't able to take the call, and I went to voicemail, he would call me back promptly. I was also impressed that he took the initiative to contact me to list with him. We previously had the property on the market a couple of years ago with another real estate agency and it didn't get many inquiries or a single offer. One setback right after we decided to put the property up for sale is that there was an incorrect lien on the property. Jerry sorted that out for us with little effort on our part. I was very pleased with the final outcome, we received the amount that we were hoping to get for the sale price. We were glad to see that the process only took five months from start to finish. The closing process was very simple and quick. Also, at one point in the summer, Jerry arranged to have the grounds mowed, & even paid, to help give it more curb appeal for future showings, as we are out of town in Illinois. My son-in-law Mark, also had great things to say about Jerry as he was the main contact." Jerry was very prompt with text messages and information/feedback throughout the entire process.
