With 100+ years of real estate in Renee’s family, Renee was passionate about following in their footsteps, and she started her real estate career in 2002. Born and raised in Minocqua, Wisconsin, Renee stepped into real estate as a secretary with Northwoods Realty of Minocqua. She has since excelled in real estate office administration and office management in the Appleton - Fox Valley area. Renee obtained her real estate license and became a Realtor in 2008 while continuing office management. Chad first entered into the real estate business in 2001 in the Fox Valley area, where he is from. His love for the Northwoods started at a young age when he and his family would visit his grandparents at their lake cabin every summer. By the grace of God he found his wife Renee, whom is from Minocqua, and relocated to Lake Tomahawk in 2017. In 2018, Chad joined Renee at Redman Realty Group, where they have started a real estate team partnership in addition to their life partnership. Chad is eager to bring his Fox Valley sales experience to the Northwoods, where he is truly grateful to call home.
Chad is extremely patient, conscientious, and caring. He will take the time to listen to his client's needs and do his part to help them remain protected with their investment. Renee’s sister Jess obtained her real estate license and joined Redman Realty Group in 2014. She has since joined the Rasmussen Team in 2021 and is dedicated to assisting Chad and Renee while ensuring their clients are well taken care of. She has an amazing caring nature and offers excellent attention to detail. Jess is a considerable asset to the Rasmussen Team with her administrative expertise, and her efforts have resulted in a clear increase in efficiency for the team.
