Once used as a dairy farm, this farmette delivers country living with outbuildings and plenty of space to garden and play. Here, enjoy 5 acres with a hilltop setting and gorgeous views, with a small horse pasture just outside of Catawba. The outbuildings include: a metal machine shed with 32x44 insulated tin lined workshop with concreted floor, 12x12 overhead garage door with opener, and 220 outlets. The attached 80x44 machine shed has power, gravel floor, and 2-14x14 sliding doors. There are 3 silos, and a 40x80 metal grain storage building with electric and a 14x14 sliding door. There is a 20x48 lean to, and a 60 stall dairy barn with milk house. Once inside, you will love the spacious rooms and main floor and upper floor decks. Recent improvements include roof, fresh paint and new flooring, and new laminate countertops in the kitchen. If country living suits you this is a MUST SEE!

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
