Pete is the Park Falls office manager and has over 40 yrs. experience at Birchland in sales/appraising with over $20 million in career sales and listings sold. Pete is a graduate of UW-Superior with a Bachelor of Science Business Management Degree and is a Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser. Pete has received the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute and the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation from the Worldwide Recreation and Resorts Sales Council. He has recently been awarded the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification by the National Association of Realtors. Pete and his wife Nancy, both life-long residents of Park Falls, have three children. Pete is a retired Captain of the Park Falls Fire/Rescue Dept. after 35 years of service.
