Here is a classic case of "Empty Nesters". Owners are downsizing as the kids have all moved out and on with their lives. They have been too busy to enjoy this Scandinavian log home featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, with a separate 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath guest house with a loft. The property includes an oversized 6 car garage plus a one car garage, perfect for storing all your outdoor toys. Inside, you'll find a beautiful fieldstone fireplace, open floor plan, and lakeside windows that offer breathtaking views of those sunsets. The custom designed kitchen is perfect for entertaining, and the large bedrooms provide plenty of space for family and guests. The guest house is less than 40' from the shore, providing easy access to the water. The master bedroom suite includes a 3/4 bath and walk-in closet, and outside, you'll find a hot tub, boathouse deck, and fire pit. Home is being re-stained this month, there is also a sitting deck on the new boathouse.

About
Kim was
born in a close-knit agricultural community in Kenosha County and always
harbored the dream of living in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with its woods,
water and abundant wildlife. When the city expanded its boundaries, it was time
to move the family to the Northwoods.
This is
also when she decided to pursue a career in real estate and so in September of
1997 obtained her real estate license. A believer in continuing education, Kim
did obtain her Broker license as well as the designations of Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified
Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA),
and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). In addition, Kim has had extensive
training in Buyer brokerage, is trained and participates in NWAR Ombudsman and
Professional Standards Committee, and is currently serving as a director on the
NWAR Board.
