Gorgeous building sites for these 2 lots. Currently the snowmobile trail dissects the 2 lots, but could be closed off if buyer doesn't want this. Peace and quiet, abundant wildlife, nestled between Little Long Lake, Roxy Lake and Shoe Lake. Electric power is available approximately 1320 feet from the lots, buyer to install.
