This expansive all brick sided masterpiece faces south with a commanding view of Lake Alice, a highly sought after full rec lake with almost 1,400acres to explore. Lake Alice offers a stable water level unlike many of the surrounding lakes who tend to fluctuate. The house is ideal for large families or entertaining guests. A massive deck with access points from the open concept kitchen dining room and living room, as well as the master bedroom provides awesome outdoor space overlooking the yard and swimming frontage on the lake. The large lot not only provides privacy, but plenty of room to build another garage pole building or RV parking area, and if more bedrooms are needed, a 4th bedroom in the walk-out lower level could be added by simply installing the wall. The pictures and drone video will make it easy to see why you'll want to schedule the showing today!

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
