This stately, refreshed, waterfront Tomahawk home features pristine views and 490' of level frontage to Lake Mohawksin. A rare find, the 3BR/2BA two-story home sits on 2 parcels, and was once an area logger family's legacy estate. The craftsman style of the era has been largely retained. Original hardwood floors, a beautifully updated fireplace, large open spaces, and updated landscaping, are just a few of the qualities you will discover with this gem. The natural light is abundant in virtually every room. The lake will provide you hours of exploration, relaxation and water sport fun. Be sure to head over for the local water ski show, just a short boat ride away. Having a nice park nearby, along with the proximity to the town, while maintaining your privacy, is hard to match. This must-see property could serve as your primary residence, or an exquisite second-home getaway.

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
