Attention sunset lovers! It's hard to beat the untouched western views of McCormick Lake's uninhabited northeast shore. This classic gem offers the warmth of knotty pine and embodies the feel of a Northwoods cottage while providing many well done updates. Whether indoors by the huge lake view windows or out on the elevated deck, the scenery is breathtaking. Entertain family and guests by preparing meals with luxury appliances and exchange stories around the manicured outdoor fire pit. When everyone else turns in for bed, snuggle with your sweetie by the gas fireplace while listening to the wild calls of the loons. Year-round, up-north living is a joy thanks to the enclosed breezeway / foyer, back-up generator and huge insulated, attached garage. Between the garage attic space and additional detached garage, storage won't be a problem. If a calm, friendly lake community with great food and friends nearby is what you're looking for, this is where you'll find it.

About
Kim was
born in a close-knit agricultural community in Kenosha County and always
harbored the dream of living in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with its woods,
water and abundant wildlife. When the city expanded its boundaries, it was time
to move the family to the Northwoods.
This is
also when she decided to pursue a career in real estate and so in September of
1997 obtained her real estate license. A believer in continuing education, Kim
did obtain her Broker license as well as the designations of Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified
Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA),
and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). In addition, Kim has had extensive
training in Buyer brokerage, is trained and participates in NWAR Ombudsman and
Professional Standards Committee, and is currently serving as a director on the
NWAR Board.
