LOST CANOE LAKE 80% STATE OWNED! This is the only vacant lot on this highly sought-after crystal-clear body of water in Boulder Jct. Super convenient location from town and only 20 mins to Minocqua. South facing parcel has 119' of sand frtg. with an island directly in front and nothing but State-owned shoreline across the lake to see. One could position a new home on an angle to take advantage of a larger lake view even though this sits in the bay across from the island. The site is suitable for a "walk out type basement" and is heavily wooded with hardwoods and pines mixed in. Easily walk/ bike to the Lumberjack trails and/or hook up to the entire Escanaba State trail which also runs along the Southern shore of this lake. You literally have thousands of acres and square miles of the Northern Highland State Forest to explore out your back door and over 240 acres of low impact pristine clean clear trophy fishing waters to enjoy out the front door! Note:pics show when water was higher.
