This recently updated Northwoods home sits on the shore of the Deerskin River just north of Scattering Rice Lake of the Eagle River Chain, accessible by boat from your pier. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with plenty of room for everyone. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a full bath for family and friends, while your primary bedroom is on the main level. The kitchen and open concept allow for everyone being included no matter which room you are in. The living room even has additional space for an office if you'd like to work from home. The lower level is also finished with a family room and half bath. Plenty of storage here as well. The walkout lower level takes you steps away from the water. Home has new insulation and a newer roof for energy efficiency. There is a one car garage close to the home and an oversized three car garage, as well, for all of your recreational equipment. New well and water treatment system.

About
Kim was
born in a close-knit agricultural community in Kenosha County and always
harbored the dream of living in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with its woods,
water and abundant wildlife. When the city expanded its boundaries, it was time
to move the family to the Northwoods.
This is
also when she decided to pursue a career in real estate and so in September of
1997 obtained her real estate license. A believer in continuing education, Kim
did obtain her Broker license as well as the designations of Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified
Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA),
and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). In addition, Kim has had extensive
training in Buyer brokerage, is trained and participates in NWAR Ombudsman and
Professional Standards Committee, and is currently serving as a director on the
NWAR Board.
