This lot offers peaceful, quiet, year round access to the start of the driveway. One of the only Forest Service roads that is plowed in the winter. The road going to this lot is a good solid road that has been well maintained. Nice level, nearly 2 acre lot, 183' of frontage and great views! The lot has had a driveway put in, but a little grown up. Bonus, there is a dock that needs a little straightening but still very useful. A beautiful location to bring your camper to for your "get away from it all" place to go. Only 2 miles down Forest Rd 8300, and 4 miles from Marenisco. Other great lakes nearby to fish and you are surrounded by National Forest!

I started my real estate career in 1994, when a change in career path led me from Southern Wisconsin to the Northwoods. After attending Abbot Pennings High School in De Pere WI, I obtained degrees from UW Oshkosh, Marian University and a BS in Hazardous Materials Studies from Lakeshore Technical College. After some time working in the Environmental industry, I realized my true passion was in Real Estate. I jumped into becoming a Broker Associate in 1994, and in that time have been an agent and managing broker as well as starting up Big Fish Realty where I remained the Broker/Owner until I found the Redman Realty Group family in 2013. My passion for walking my clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction and insuring their happiness with their decisions is a great fit with the Redman Realty Group’s business practice. My love and knowledge of the area is reflected with consistently being in the top 5% of sales-units/volume. I enjoy spending time in the woods hunting, snowmobiling and even the quiet sports of snowshoeing and skiing. In the warmer months when I am not busy at work, I prefer to be on the water with my wife, and pulling my teenage boys Jake and Casey and daughter Sylvia behind the boat on water skies or a tube, or taking in the sunset by canoe or kayak.
