Looking for a building site at an affordable price? Conveniently located just a short drive from Hwy 51 and Hwy 8 North of Tomahawk. Town road access, natural gas availability, and dead-end road. Take one or two lots. The end of the road is the Muskellunge Lake boat landing for easy launching of your boat and kayaks or paddle boards. No restrictive covenants. Check with county zoning for your building needs. Both lots would be over 10 acres of land. There is building spots roadside and low land in the back. See listing 205742.

About
Kim was
born in a close-knit agricultural community in Kenosha County and always
harbored the dream of living in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with its woods,
water and abundant wildlife. When the city expanded its boundaries, it was time
to move the family to the Northwoods.
This is
also when she decided to pursue a career in real estate and so in September of
1997 obtained her real estate license. A believer in continuing education, Kim
did obtain her Broker license as well as the designations of Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified
Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA),
and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). In addition, Kim has had extensive
training in Buyer brokerage, is trained and participates in NWAR Ombudsman and
Professional Standards Committee, and is currently serving as a director on the
NWAR Board.
