Unique blend of full log second home and contemporary farm-style retirement dwelling. Former cottage now serves as spacious rustic kitchen and family gathering space. The 1996 addition provides comfortable year-round living in ultimate privacy with 6 acres and 643 feet of frontage on private, no public access Pardee Lake straddling the Vilas/Iron County line. Near the downhill ski areas of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the area is cross-crossed by snowmobile trails. A gentle slope to the excellent fishery of Pardee Lake insures all-season enjoyment of your secluded, nature surrounded homestead. A partial basement houses all mechanicals and a brand new heating system. There is plenty of room to welcome the large family both indoors in two large loft areas and outdoors with cleared space for sports activity galore.

About
For those that already know me, you know that I love the Northwoods. Being born and raised in Boulder Junction has probably given me a biased view but what's not to love? In my off time, I love my hobby farm with my chickens and horses and from time to time a few other oddities, gardening and reading in the off season. In addition, I love to travel and see anywhere with a rich history, culture or fascinating geography.
After getting my Biology/Animal Science degree, I managed a bar, greenhouse and ran my own landscaping design and installation business before getting in real estate.
My husband has his own construction company which over the years I have picked up tidbits here and there. This does come in handy with the nature of my business and is a great tool.
