HI and WELCOME! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Deb Szmanda and I am a full-time REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Mulleady, INC. I service the greater Northwoods region including Rhinelander, Three Lakes, Minocqua, Woodruff, St. Germain, Eagle River, Boulder Junction and Manitowish Waters. My first career was in healthcare where I worked for over 30 years. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy I was able to develop good relationship skills including honesty and respect. I continue to practice these character traits in my career as a real estate agent. Growing up I learned the importance of good customer service as my grandparents owned a supper club. I learned the value of hard work and customer service at an early age.

I have been married for 30 years to my husband Mark. We met working at a hospital in Madison Wisconsin and we are both lifetime Wisconsinites, raising our four daughters in Central Wisconsin. We have now permanently settling in the “Northwoods” region. My husband continues to be employed in healthcare as a neurologist in Rhinelander. My husband and I enjoy exploring restaurants in the area and consider ourselves self-made “foodies”. My other hobbies and interests include searching for vintage and antique furniture to repurpose; exploring nature trails by bike, foot or snowshoe; and cooking for family and friends.
